What happens when you delete your account

When we receive a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account profile, login credentials, and contact details.
• All photos you uploaded to generate virtual try-ons.
• All generated try-on outputs stored against your account.
• Your billing history records that are not required by law to be retained.
• Any saved preferences, outfit boards, or batch jobs.

Timeline

Most deletion requests are completed within 7 days of verification. Some data may persist for up to 30 days in encrypted backups before being permanently overwritten on a rolling basis. After that period, your data is unrecoverable.

What we may retain

We may retain a minimal amount of information where required by law (for example, invoices for tax or accounting purposes) or to prevent fraud and abuse. Any retained records are kept secure, access-controlled, and used only for those purposes.

This is permanent

Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want to pause your subscription or stop receiving emails, you can do that from your account settings instead — you don't need to delete your account.
