1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, password, billing address, and company name when you register or subscribe.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Uploaded content: photos of people, garments, and any associated metadata you upload to generate virtual try-ons.
  • Communications: messages you send to support, sales, or via our contact form.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, credits consumed, generation timestamps, and device/browser information.
  • Log data: IP address, access times, referrer URLs, and error logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. See “Cookies” below.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including generating virtual try-on images.
  • Process transactions, manage subscriptions, and send billing-related communications.
  • Improve and develop new features, models, and quality controls.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security, or legal issues.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

3. AI processing of uploaded photos

When you upload a photo to our Services, the image is processed by our AI models to generate a virtual try-on result. We treat uploaded photos as confidential.

  • We do not use customer photos to train our public AI models without explicit, opt-in consent.
  • Generated outputs are stored against your account so you can revisit them, and are deleted when you delete the result or close your account, subject to short-term backups required for service continuity.
  • Source uploads may be retained for a limited period to enable regenerations and quality reviews, then deleted on a rolling basis.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following cases:

  • Service providers: hosting, storage, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and customer support, all bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards.
  • Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FashClick, our users, or others.
  • With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed at the time you provide your information.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and routine security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
